Student Representatives
Every year all students of each faculty elect their representatives. These representatives are responsible for dealing with faculty related affairs including the following tasks:
- representing the professional, economic and social interests of the students
- dealing with interdisciplinary questions arising from the cooperation of the students’ representatives within university institutions
- promoting intellectual and sporting interests as well as interest in the fine arts
- supporting the relations between German and foreign students
The student council of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Statistics runs its own web server together with other student councils.
